She sights a Bird — she chuckles
— Emily Dickinson

Once more, we put our names down, and our pencils and brushes to paper, to volunteer for the RSPCA’s Poorly Drawn Pets Christmas Edition fundraiser. We had fun quietly, ‘wonkily’ sketching beloved pets, adding in a festive wink of lights. It was an honour. A spot of play. And we’ll do it again, should there be another.

Please meet:
Annie
Bitey, emerging from the foliage
Buzz
Charm, looking older than their years
Chick
Coco
Jack
Jack the Cat
Lola (@deboandlolaandgeorg)
Max
Missy, dozing
Molly
Panda, upon a mushroom
Ruby (@rubydoothebully)
and Selene

Thanks RSPCA.

Of animals and images, and in the spirit of Pattie Page singing “How much is that doggie in the window? The one with the waggly tail”, you can find a selection of our artists’ books, zines, and recent prints, in the window of the Australian Print Workshop. Call in to purchase a zine for a stocking filler or an artists’ book to pat yourself on the back for making it through the year. Koalas, rosellas, and herons await.

You can also find our artists’ books, zines, and recent prints listed in our online store.
